Before training to be a teacher, I enjoyed a career in the Royal Air Force which allowed me to do and see some incredible things. As a teacher, I love finding fun, active and innovative ways to help all children learn and develop as people. I believe that physical and mental health are so important and that it is my responsibility to challenge, value and support all the children in my care. I love to read and hope to inspire the children to be lifelong readers and lovers of writing.

Outside of school, I love to spend time with husband and my two children. We spend a lot of time in the woods, on the beach, snuggled up reading and playing sports. I love to run, swim and play or coach sports and I am a massive Harry Potter fan. I am really excited to be part of the Year 4 team and the Bridgewater family and I am always ready to listen or to help whenever needed!
