Arrangements for Wednesday 13 December

Dear Parents and Carers,

Based on the current conditions around the school and the weather forecast, we are planning to open the school on Wednesday 13 December. We are going to extend the morning registration period, so that children can come into school between 8.30 and 9.30am, as we recognise that travelling in may take longer than usual.

All children will need to enter the school via the main entrance please.

Rialize plan to open as normal at 7.30am.

The Year 2 productions will go ahead as planned.

It is Christmas jumper day tomorrow, when we are collecting money for The Hospice of St Francis. We want the children to be warmly dressed please, in clothes suitable for the weather conditions, so the children do not need to wear their school skirts/pinafores/trousers. They can wear their Christmas jumper or a top of their choice with any other clothing that is suitable for the weather.

Christmas lunch is going ahead tomorrow as planned.

Recorder Club is cancelled tomorrow as Ms Fitzgerald is unable to come in. She will be running a catch up session for the recorder players during the school day on Friday.

If the weather conditions change and we need to reassess the situation for the safety of the pupils and staff, we will send out another parentmail and a text.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope that those families who made it to Aylesbury for the pantomime enjoyed the performance.

Best regards,

Bridgewater School
