Spring Term Happy Human Project
Join us each week as we embark on a magical adventure and learn about managing our emotions! Our classes teach children about their brains, bodies and mental health in order to empower them with techniques to feel confident and calm. Each session involves fun movement, games, peer and self-massage, breathing techniques, positive affirmations and relaxation & mindfulness. Each session is designed to build compassionate, kind and self-aware children. These classes give them the opportunity to learn how to deal with stress, develop a positive view of themselves and their abilities and build healthy relationships plus so much more!
