World Book Day
On World Book Day, Wagtail class was thrilled to come to school in their pyjamas. We decided to focus our day on the story The Gingerbread Man. We began by reading the book, then spent the morning baking our own gingerbread from scratch! We made the dough and cut out the shapes, and in the afternoon, we decorated our gingerbread men. It was such a fun day! In between, we created WANTED posters for the missing gingerbread man and even wrote our own versions of the story!
