I qualified as a teacher in 2008 in Birmingham where I taught secondary school students English.

I then had a career change and worked as a senior HR manager for a number of years.

In 2022 I left my job to become a teaching assistant and retrain myself in primary education.

I loved Bridgewater’s caring ethos and am very happy being part of Team Bridgewater.  Since starting at Bridgewater, I have worked across most year groups.  

I am enjoying the challenge of picking up more teaching work and have also been supporting students in the school’s wonderful haven.

Outside school, my passions are reading, swimming and running.  I am yet again training for a marathon and can be seen, throughout the winter months, running around Berkhamsted and Ashridge.
