Year 2 Teacher - September 26 (Maternity cover - Autumn Term 26)
Bridgewater Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and inspiring teacher to join our highly motivated teaching team in September 2026.

KS1 or KS2 Teaching Assistant - September 26
Bridgewater is a warm and friendly school. We are ambitious, creative, forward-thinking and are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our supportive, friendly and hardworking team.
We are looking to appoint an experienced, friendly and caring Teaching Assistant to join our KS1 or KS2 team. The successful candidate will support children's learning both in and out of the classroom and as well as supporting learning in the classroom may also be involved in delivering interventions. We are looking for someone who wishes to become a part of our school team and contribute to the success of the school as a whole. The role also involves supporting children at lunchtime.
Candidates will need to be confident in all aspects of the teaching assistant role, have a caring and nurturing approach to understanding the needs of children, excellent communication and enjoy being part of a team. Literacy and numeracy skills are required as well as some knowledge of phonics. Experience of supporting children with phonics would be desirable, but not essential.
The post is part time working from 08:15 – 13:15 Monday to Friday. There may be additional hours in the afternoon. This is a temporary position for one year with the potential to become permanent.

Rialize Childcare
Rialize have a close working partnership with Bridgewater School, providing our 30 hours Nursery sessions, breakfast club from 7:30am and after school care until 6:00pm for all year groups, as well as running holiday clubs during the school breaks.
