PTA - Bridgewater School Association

Our PTA is known as the Bridgewater School Association (BSA) It’s a registered charity made up of a dynamic team of parents and teachers who work together as a community to raise money for the school. We have one of the most successful PTAs in the town, if not the county.

 

Since it was established in 2013, when Bridgewater became a primary school, the BSA has raised over £100,000 for the school from a range of events. This has paid for all sorts of equipment for the school, facilitated improvements to our amazing outside space and enhanced the children’s education by funding trips and guest visitors to the school.

 

None of the fundraising is possible without the support of parents and carers – each and every one of us are members (which means the BSA exceeds 500 members) but currently only a handful actively help out with the planning, organising and doing. The more hands on board, the less we all need to do or commit to. We are all busy people but collectively we are a force to be reckoned with, with an outstanding set of skills and knowledge between us to bring to the BSA table, so please consider getting involved.
