Having taught PE for 15 years within numerous schools I love helping the children progress their skills and making lessons fun and enjoyable whilst learning at the same time. I have been a member of team Bridgewater, teaching PE lesons, for several years and started DMJ Sports, my company, in 2018. We provide PE lessons within schools, after school clubs, holiday camps, birthday parties and football development centres. 

I love teaching all different sports and enjoy playing them too. I am currently assistant manager at Hemel Hempstead FC and I enjoy spending time with family and friends when I have a little bit of free time!!
