My teaching journey began officially back in 2020 when I helped at Tring School to cover with year 7 during covid. After doing this for a short time I realised how much I loved working in schools and started down the path to become a teacher.

For the last year, I have worked at Grove Road Primary School as a TA in a Year 5 class, which made me love teaching even more and locked in my decision to join the University of Hertfordshire and do my PGCE. I am now incredibly excited to join the Bridgewater team to learn from the incredible staff and become the best teacher that I can.

I am an avid reader, and I think that it is one of the most important things for a child to do, especially while in primary school and I look forward to many conversations about what books the children are reading and why they love them!
