I started working as a project manager for Citigroup. After a few years I realised it wasn’t the right career for me so went back to university to retrain to be a teacher in 2006. I’ve worked in 3 schools in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire in all years from 2-6.

I started at Bridgewater in 2016 and have taught in Years 2, 3 and 6 here. I have had my 3 children go through Bridgewater School and 1 who still attends. I love working here; I feel lucky to be able to teach lots of lovely children and have made many friends. It’s really important to me that children are excited to learn and look forward to coming to school so I try and make my lessons exciting, engaging and fun!
