Rialize have a close working partnership with Bridgewater School, providing our 30 hours Nursery sessions, breakfast club from 7:30am and after school care until 6:00pm for all year groups, as well as running holiday clubs during the school breaks.

Vacancy – SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are looking to appoint an experienced, friendly and caring Learning Support  Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide learning and care support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN); work with the teachers to plan and deliver activities, support the pupil with routines, transitions and behaviour management and support children at lunchtime, as directed by the school leadership team.

Candidates will need to be confident that they will be able to fulfil all aspects of the Learning Support Assistant role, have a caring and nurturing approach to understanding the needs of child/ren, excellent communication and enjoy being part of a team.

The post is part time working:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons (13:00-15:15).

Thursday and Friday mornings (08:15-12:00) and afternoons (13:00-15:15).
