In History we have been learning about the Great Fire of London, we used this as inspiration for our latest DT project. We started off by using tissue paper to decorate the inside of a shoebox, we then carefully drew and cut out a silhouette of London to layer over the top. Next, we created a winding mechanism using wooden dowel and a cotton reel. We attached a bucket which we could wind up and down.
