In history we are learning about the Great Fire of London. We have learned about how paintings are an important source of historical evidence. In art we have looked at paintings of the fire. We used a painting by artist Rita Greer to inspire our own art work. We created collages using red, yellow, orange, white, gold and black paper to portray the flames and we used oil pastels to create a fiery landscape. We then learnt about Tudor houses and used charcoal to draw our own Tudor house.
